Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after paying your deposit to request a refund.
Refunds will only be offered in rare circumstances and if you are in doubt about any aspects of your purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order on this website.
After the deposit is paid, in the unlikely event that the trailer delivery time, trailer pickup time, trailer collection or delivery destination that Futura Trailers or their dealer agree with you turn out to not be feasible, the paid deposit is able to be refunded. The final refunded amount will equal the paid deposit minus any processing, transaction or currency conversion costs incurred by Futura Trailers Limited for receiving, handling and refunding this money.
To apply for a refund, you can contact us at trailers@futuratrailers.com. Futura Trailers will advise whether a refund shall be offered within 1 week of the refund being applied for.

Approved refunds will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
